Merrimack Valley Hospital Hosts Health Insurance Enrollment Day

Haverhill, MA — In an effort to reach out to individuals and families without health insurance, the Merrimack Valley Hospital (MVH) will host one of several Connect to Health events taking place on Saturday, January 26, 2008. The event at MVH will be held from 11:00am-2:00pm in the hospital’s first floor auditorium located at 140 Lincoln Ave in Haverhill.
All Connect to Health events will be held at area hospitals with representatives available to assist with the health insurance enrollment process.
In order to be eligible to enroll on-site, attendees must bring a passport or birth certificate with photo ID (driver’s license or state issued ID) and two recent pay stubs or their 2006 taxes as well as any other source of income such as child support or Social Security benefits.
Other area hospitals hosting Connect to Health include: Saints Memorial Medical Center in Lowell, Lowell General Hospital, Lowell Community Health Center, Lawrence General Hospital, Caritas Holy Family Hospital in Methuen, and Anna Jaques Hospital in Newburyport.
